ERIC TANG, FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Eric is a strategic and collaborative communications leader who has spent more than two decades advising Fortune 500 companies in North America, as well as leading non-profits in Canada. Fueled by a commitment to help senior leaders make better decisions that drive growth and deliver value for stakeholders, Eric founded Front Street Partners to help organizations align what they say with what they do.
Over the years, Eric has designed and led brand and communications strategies that shape media and public dialogues, deepen customer loyalty, and strengthen brands in shifting markets.
He has supported global leaders such as Adobe, Equinix, FICO, HP, HPE, Mercedes‑Benz, Royal Canin, and Sage to expand into new categories and markets through strategic brand positioning and storytelling. He has also served non‑profits and utilities such as the Aga Khan Museum, Algonquin Power and Utilities, and YMCA (Canada and GTA) to strengthen stakeholder relationships and bolster their brand presence.
Eric has lived and worked in Hong Kong, the UK, the U.S., and Canada. He holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.
